I'm so glad I purchased this item. This healthy oil has multiple uses. I use it on my hair, mix it with my body lotion, and use it as sunscreen. The oil does need to be mixed with zinc oxide before it can be used as a sunscreen. The oil is sticky, so it helps to mix it with lotion or coconut/almond oil.
