These are awesome.

I was spending like $30-$70 a month on K cups. I bought one of these and a 40 ounce Folgers so much better they work great way with the money. I have a couple of my household my girlfriend likes to put the small filters in them. I like my coffee a little darker so I don’t use the filters.

My favorite of the many I own

I like that it's stainless steel rather than a plastic reusable pod. The perforations are nice and small and do a good job of keeping the grounds in the pod. However, the top of the pod has a larger hole where the hot water spike enters the pod and has allowed a few grounds to float up, out, and over and into my mug. I've since developed a quick hack to prevent this, and that is I add a 1 x 1 inch square of paper towel atop the pod when I insert it into the machine. The spike perforates the paper and when wet it prevents grounds from floating up and out into your mug.

Cap won’t latch closed

I have been a very satisfied Perfect Pod paper filter user for MANY years. I recently started adding a ground cacao product to my routine, and they (correctly so) state to not use paper filters when brewing. I got this metal filter based on my positive experience with their paper filter pods. I have been disappointed because the cover won’t latch and remain latched as it should. And it’s NOT because the contents expand and pop it open, but rather the latch just doesn’t catch. It’ll pop open even as I’m putting it into the Keurig. I am giving it 3 stars because it will remain closed with the coffee maker cover pressing down, so I don’t get many grounds into the cup.

Had to cancel order.

The order was supposed to arrive on Sunday by 10 p.m., but I got an email Sunday night between 7 and 8 p.m. saying it would be delayed by two days, so I had to cancel. I did find the product elsewhere and it works well!
