This is a great budget priced shampoo for those avoiding chemicals in personal care products. I've tried tons of the fancy/popular brands and didn't like any. This shampoo does not suds like a normal shampoo but I've learned how to work with it to get my hair clean.*Note. The cap was only halfway screwed on and some product leaked out. I didn't lose enough to make a fuss but maybe consider adding an inner seal?

I've been getting my mom on board with clean products and Carina Organics shampoo was one of the things I gave her. She was recently pretty sick and she LOVES this shampoo, as you can see by the text she sent me in the attached picture. I use the citrus one and just love their products!

I have serious chemical sensitivities and cannot use most shampoos. For that reason, the "Extra Gentle" in the name caught my eye. Although it is rather pricey, I decided to give it a try. I can say right off, I am having no sensitivity issues so far after several uses and it leaves my hair soft and manageable so I am thrilled about all that. I was, however, very dismayed and disappointed to receive the package only to find that around 1/4 of the product had leaked into the plastic shipping envelope. Whenever I purchase something liquid online, it always comes with the cap secured by some strong tape, such as strapping tape. It would only take 2 or 3 inches of it and it would have saved a terrible waste of expensive product and also a terrible mess for the customer to clean up. Normally, I would not place another order for expensive shampoo that isn't secured in shipment but it is hard to find shampoos that do not irritate my scalp. This one works very well for me. For that reason alone, I plan to reorder again but if they do not ship my order with care, it will be my last order for that product. I am a senior and do not have money to waste like that. I hope they read my review and remedy this shipping problem for all their online orders. A little tape will make a big difference in customer experience.

This is a great shampoo with the good stuff minus the bad stuff!! It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and managable. My hair has never looked or felt healthier!!!! Will continue to purchase. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product!!!

I was looking for natural, mild shampoo for my irritated scalp.The condition comes back when I'm stressed out or my sleeping cycle is messed upso I have used a lot of different shampoos in the past.I saw this and thought I should try before I order a bigger size one on their official siteand so far I like it.A lot of natural shampoos don't lather well or at all but this one really lathers welland my hair felt clean after the second time of shampooing (I have a lot of hair need 2-3 times of shampoo)I was nervous about the scent cause I really hate artificial scents that cause me a headache,but this shampoo smells so good!!!! It smells natural and mild. The smell's so mild that I don't think it lingers in my hair or maybe my conditioner and hair treatment I used afterwards are too artificially strong.One con is that my naturally semi-curly hair is back to really frizzy state after using this shampoo.Depending on which shampoo I use, my hair sometimes is not frizzy at all but this one definitely made it frizzy but I think it really cleaned all the residue on my hair well.I will continue using this shampoo to update if my scalp is any better in weeks.So far, I recommend this to anyone
