Used with ashwagandha, worked great

Last night I took half a dose of the Hilma Sleep Support (one capsule) along with one 125mg capsule of ashwagandha and slept very well with no side effects. Ashwagandha is supposed to enhance the effect of L-Theanine, and appeared to work well with it. I have no data on long term use at this point. I will continue to use this combination as needed (probably not every night), and expect to save money, too, as the ashwagandha is less expensive than the Hilma.Update: Both my husband and I have noticed losing a couple of pounds since taking this sleep aid for less than a week - an added benefit, since we were both wanting to lose weight. Unquestionably the most effective natural sleep aide that didn't leave me feeling groggy the next day. Over the years I have tried many prescription and homeopathic sleep aides to help me fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Sleep Support by Hilma is by far the best product I have found. Many sleep aides are good for falling asleep but you often wake up during the night. Even worse, many sleep aides leave you feeling groggy or hungover the next morning and this feeling can linger for hours. Not the case with Hilma Sleep Support.
