These patches were quite effective! For someone who takes a lot of supplements, it can be refreshing to put on a patch and not have another pill to swallow. I tried both of these patches separately, first thing in the morning. There was a noticeable difference in alertness, but it wasn't strong enough to make me nervous or jittery. Personally, I wore this closer to my shoulder so it could be hidden by my sleeve, and it was still very effective. The patch will stay in place. I like the additions of B12, lion's mane, green tea, and yerba mate; this felt much healthier than just drinking a cup of coffee for the caffeine. Recommend, I hope that this helps.

I tried the Awake and Think patches separately and simultaneously. As someone who drinks caffeine a few times per week I found that I didn't really perk up unless I was wearing both types of patch. According to the labels that means just 25mg of caffeine combined with other herbals. At the current price that works out to $6 per "dose" if you combine the patches.Now, this product is in a bit of a niche all its own. If you can't/won't drink caffeinated beverages then these patches can do something no beverage can. No calories, no artificial sweeteners, no weird additives. But at least for me, the act of drinking something hot or iced is part of what wakes me up. So I find these generally less effective and more expensive than just brewing some coffee.The patches are thin but durable, somewhat similar to a plastic bandaid but very thin and flexible. I experienced no skin irritation and I have rather sensitive skin. I found them overall very comfortable and I mostly forgot that I was wearing them unless something brushed against them. They stayed on until I chose to remove them. Removal is easy and not uncomfortable. I did find there was sometimes a bit of adhesive residue left behind but it wasn't too bad to rub or wash off.This will vary from person to person, but as a light skinned person I found that the Think patches blended very well with my skin tone and were not very noticeable. The Awake patches have a bit of an orange hue and definitely stand out so I tended to place those where my sleeves would cover them.Since these are so unique I think I will keep some around for special circumstances when I can't have coffee, but they won't be a regular part of my routine because they are just more expensive and less effective than my preferred beverages.

I'm trying to stop drinking so much coffee and decided to try these patches. I was able to receive the extra burst of energy without the jitters and felt nicely focused in a zone while using the Think ones. I think they also double as a nicotine patch substitue and it is worth trying for those who are trying to quit smoking. I would suggest cutting the patches in half to see how they work on you and then going from there. They're on the pricey side but a great investment in yourself if you don't need to use every day!

I have trouble with being groggy in the morning because of a number of sleep issues, and I detest the taste of energy drinks. So I decided to give these patches a go. There's a lot of studies that show b12 can help in the mornings.I have tried these for the longest stated period, up to 12 hours, and have not noticed any marked change in how I felt. I am barely awake almost every single day and didn't feel any different with the patch.

I like the concept of patches & would prefer this method to swallowing pills & maybe upsetting my stomach.Yesterday at 2:30 I was quickly heading towards a mid-day slump. You know the kind, you're tired, the eyelids start feeling heavy, a nap sounds good & so you begin fighting that every way you know how. Get up, walk around, do some stretches, however that only works for a short time & the " sleepies" start in again. I decided it was the perfect time to test out "The Good Patch". I chose the B-12 Awake. There are 4 patches per envelope, they are affixed to a clear sheet. I decided to cut one in half for my first forey as I didn't know if there would be undesirable side effects. The instructions say you can wear one for up to 12 hrs. I affixed the 1/2 patch to my inner arm, a couple inches above my watch band. There's nothing uncomfortable about it & I didn't have any skin reactions. After abt 30 minutes I began to feel more awake, within an hour I was no longer in the "slump" & was feeling bright & clear headed. At 1 hr 30 I felt just fine. There, thankfully, wasn't any jitters or the feeling I was over stimulated and more importantly, no adverse side effects.A couple of different brand patches I've tested before didn't agree w/me & made me nauseas, this one didn't. I wore the patch for 4 hrs total & then put it back on the plastic sheet & into the envelope. I didn't want to keep it on & chance not being able to sleep later. I'm curious to see if it will still be effective in a day or so or if it's a one use & done deal.I haven't tried the "Think" patch yet, but will & I'll update this review w/my findings in a week or so.My opinion so far is these work! And no side effects or skin irritation. Yay!
