Amazingly Effective at reducing Hyperpigmentation

This has been one of my favorite toners that I’ve been using for the past couple of months and contains mostly natural ingredients. It is effective at clearing up and blemishes and preventing future acne from forming. Ever since using this toner, I’ve observed that my skin tone has improved considerably and acne blemishes have been fading faster than they usually do.I really like how this toner is mostly organic and free from toxic ingredients while also being just as effective, if not more, as others at assisting in anti aging. There is also no scent and the toner comes in a fairly large bottle, which can last at least a year for me. I like to apply it after my cleanser and before my serum and moisturizer. I make sure to give it a couple minutes to soak in my face before moving on to my serum and moisturizing. Many of the toner skin care products, that I have used leave my skin feeling dry or don’t get absorbed in my skin. This one doesn’t do either of those and I can rest assured, knowing that the ingredients used are natural and organic.While I’ve only been using this toner for a couple of months, I will make sure to come back and restock once I am finished with my current bottle. I would recommend to leave the toner on for a couple minutes to absorb into your skin prior to applying any skin care after such as your serum or moisturizer.

A Good Toner & Environmentally Friendly Packaging

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this toner. The bottle and pump came in a recyclable box and then I saw that everything except the pump is recyclable which is something I don't see that often. Thumbs up to the company for caring about our planet.I have normal skin that gets a bit dry in the winter, and a bit oily in the summer. After doing a patch test on my arm and then a small part of my face, I've been using it twice a day (morning and night) for a week. I did choose to insert the optional pump and two presses onto a cotton ball are all I need. It doesn't have any kind of smell which is fine, and it absorbs quite quickly. The price point is a bit higher than my regular toner, but it has three things that my last one didn’t: glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and it is mostly recyclable.It's removed what my cleanser left behind (see my cotton ball picture if you're curious), makes my skin feel good, and Evolve appears to care about the environment. I'm planning to see what other products they have as I am loving this toner.

Too much for daily use on my face, but nice on thicker skin

My skin is normally not sensitive at all, but this toner is too much for me to use twice a day! I was starting to get some red, irritated patches on my cheeks, and my skin was looking worse with the toner than without it. However, I think occasional use for exfoliation is good. I also tried using it on areas of thicker skin (elbows, knees, toe knuckles) and it was great – it thinned callouses and left those areas feeling moisturized and looking better, too. So just use with caution, and realize that glycolic acid is a pretty strong chemical exfoliant. One extra caveat: this comes in a glass bottle with a metal screw cap as well as an optional plastic screw-on pump, but the pump top always keeps unscrewing itself and getting loose. Maybe something with the way the threads are shaped? I have to tighten it every time I use it, but it is handy to have.
