Uncle Harry's Oral Care Set - Strengthens Enamel & Freshens Breath, Natural Ingredients - 1 oz

I use this, along with Uncle Harry's Fluoride Free Toothpaste - Peppermint on an electric toothbrush, Uncle Harry's Natural Alkalizing Miracle Mouthwash and Crest 3D white brilliance alcohol-free multi-care mouthwash (for the whitening power of hydrogen peroxide and minty fresh mouth). I wanted a fluoride-free, natural toothpaste and stronger, whiter teeth. After 4 weeks, my teeth are visibly whiter and also have a shine. My husband said he noticed a difference after just over a week (but I have also schooled him about being supportive to the point I take that with a grain of salt). I have also noticed my mouth always feels fresh - even after I eat something extra smelly like garlic or onions, I taste the food vs the aftermath. I can't attest to whether my results are primarily attributable to this product or the combination.When using this product, use only 5 drops as directed. It won't feel like much, but after it sits in your mouth for a minute and mixes with your saliva (you'll get that salty taste), it's time to swish. If you use more, you'll go through the bottle way too fast and it's a rather pricey product to waste. (I will update my review when I can see how long it takes me to go through a bottle with twice daily use - the first time I purchased it I definitely used too much.) I first tried the trio a year ago and I didn't last long. The taste is something you get used to after a few uses, but it's also a matter of establishing routine because it takes a bit of time to have multiple steps. I do have to take breaks during "swishing" sessions to make sure I don't accidentally swallow, but this also gets better with time.My routine: At night, I floss, brush with the toothpaste and swish the remineralization liquid for 5 minutes or more - the key is to find something productive to do that takes your mind off the time, like folding laundry or loading the dishwasher. (I also swish with Crest 3D white until it's no longer fizzy - that means the hydrogen peroxide has been worked through.) Mornings, I brush, swish with the remineralization liquid while I shower, swish with the mouthwash while I do my face cleansing routine (aim for 10 minutes), then swish with the Crest 3D while I finish getting ready for work (aim for 10 minutes). This way, I'm not adding any time to my normal routine and it's anchored to things I always do so I don't forget. I challenged myself to do this for 4 weeks and am so happy with the results that I am happy to continue because I know I'm going to be grateful when I'm older.

I originally purchased this because I suffer from heat and cold sensitivity and am also plagued with weak enamel and "soft" teeth. I had braces during my teens and honestly didn't value dental hygiene as much as I should have, which led to a multitude of problems later on. I have a few places on my teeth where its brown due to stains and also white due to calcification. I've been using the remineralization liquid once a day everyday or every other day for at least 2 months now and it's been great for my teeth.First, it's helped keep my sensitivity in check and I don't cringe up in pain anymore when I eat sour, sweet, hot, or cold foods. My sensitivity used to be so bad where I would be unable to drink some drinks without a straw or even eat ice cream. Now I can go back to eating foods I like without the pain!Second, I noticed a lot of the brown stains I had from my braces are now mostly gone (very hard to see unless close up) and the calcified white spots are also gone. I was actually really surprised about this because I didn't expect them to actually disappear. My teeth are slightly whiter maybe due to the enamel growing back.I haven't been to the dentist yet since using the product, but I'm really hoping this will help keep my teeth clean and plaque free every 6 months when I go in for the cleaning. The minty flavor is just right and doesn't burn your mouth or tongue. I love it and it keeps my mouth really fresh while helping my enamel stay strong!

This is a fantastic product.I purchased this product (along with Uncle Harry's toothpaste and mouthwash) hoping that I could reverse years of tooth decay I had created from a 'woo' alternative medicine that required me to suck on lemons (stupid, I know--I was naive and completely ignorant that the acid from the lemons would destroy my enamel).Years later I'm stuck with weak, brittle teeth that are sensitive and it seemed like nothing could fix my teeth.But, I was persistent and I thought: "If humans can grow bones, surely I can find someway to restore my enamel".Sure enough. Years later--even after having this damage uncorrected for several years--I did a little research, found this product, took a leap of faith and am very grateful I did.I have been able to almost completely reverse the damage to my teeth in just one purchase--and I'm not even done with the first bottle yet! I have been regularly using the mouthwash (Uncle Harry's Natural Alkaline Miracle Mouthwash, 8 Fl Oz) and toothpaste (Uncle Harry's Fluoride Free Toothpaste - Peppermint (3 oz glass jar)) with the liquid remineralizer as per the instructions and within just one purchase my teeth have already become whiter, stronger, almost impervious to heat, cold and accidental taps from my toothbrush or other hard objects (stuff like that used to hurt if I tapped the tooth in just the right weak spot with the right amount of force), and restored the enamel to their original pearly white.From this product I learned that the secret to regrowing enamel is that the teeth have to be saturated in the right environment--an alkaline one (among other things).Before this, I had tried all sorts of other things to help the health of my mouth and teeth, but nothing that I have tried has been as beneficial and effective as this toothpaste and the other products offered by Uncle Harry's.I try to use this liquid remineralizer for when I'm at work, for example, and I need to keep my mouth clean, or for those times in between brushing that I would like to cleanse my mouth.
