Only used once, feels like I just had a dental clean. Removes coffee stains and I imagine red wine or smokers stains would go too. A little goes a long way so this should last awhile.

I have tried a few alternative tooth pastes over the past few years and this is the only one that I have bought more than once. It is strong tasting and gritty but it works amazing! I haven't noticed much whitening, but I do love the way my teeth feel after using this. Kinda reminds me of being a kid and the dentist would polish my teeth after cleaning.
