True Grace Daily Women’s Multivitamin 50+ - Immune & Energy Support, Vegan - 60 Tablets

I really like these “stumpy” sized multivitamins. I have had problems swallowing the larger sized pills and these work perfectly for me. This brand of vitamins seems to be a good company. The mix of different types of ingredients is pretty impressive and necessary for us mature women! I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and have had no issues so far. They are a bit pricy, but honestly, you get what you pay for! Good ingredients cost more $.

My girlfriend really liked all of the quality ingredients in this multi-vitamin, although she's never heard of organic lion's mane fruiting body mushroom. But combined with all of the other quality ingredients makes this multi-vitamin very unique compared to other brands. She loved the fact that it's dairy free, gluten free and soy free and that it's vegan. It came well packaged, although sometimes she did have some trouble swallowing the stumpy tablets. To each his own, I guess. My girlfriend said that she really wished they could have sent a two month supply or 120 tablets instead of just a one month supply of only 60 tablets. This way she can find out if it really makes a difference in her lifestyle. Because most supplements take at least 6 to 8 weeks to see if they are effective or not! She was also wondering why the bottle was so empty. Perhaps the manufacturer plans to increase the quantity in the future? It is a little on the pricey side as well, but perhaps this is because of all of the organic and quality ingredients involved. An excellent item!

The tablets are brown and stubby, but easy enough for me to swallow. No adverse effects, and they are packed with good stuff - perfect for this over-50 woman. I liked that it contains boron, lion’s mane, K2 (MK7) and COQ10. I appreciate that the other ingredients are organic and they do not have soy, iron, gluten or dairy. And no sugar! These are a bit more money but with the organic ingredients and not having some of the usual fillers, it may just be worth it.
