Caused Bloating

I really wanted to love this product, pretty good reviews + ingredients. I used this for about 3 days and noticed I was having extreme bloating. I do not normally have a bloating issue. I stopped product and the next day on I had no more issues. Wondering if this is the fermented factor, I don’t normally consume many fermented foods. Packaging is very nice, I like they offer refills to reduce plastic use. Pills were easy to swallow. No refunds for this product so ensure all ingredients will work for you before buying!

Excellent ingredients for a multi vitamin

I bought this multivitamin for its unique fermentation and mushroom combination. I was hesitant to purchase them due to the Ashwagandha in there, as I have a hyperactive thyroid and should basically stay away from this particular herb. But I went with it anyhow because it is a "whole" food product and it gets absorbed as food and does not go through the liver. On the whole, I really like this multivitamin and will buy it again just because fermentation is terrific and those mushrooms you NEED in your system to fight everything these days!!
