Great EPA Supplement, pregnant or not

As a man who isn't pregnant but is always on the lookout for high-quality supplements, I decided to try True Grace Prenatal DHA softgels primarily for their high EPA content. I've been using these softgels for several months, and I'm extremely pleased with the results and the overall quality of the product.First off, the absence of any fishy aftertaste or odor is a significant plus. These softgels are easy to swallow, and their smooth, odorless nature makes them very palatable compared to other omega-3 supplements I've tried. There's no unpleasant burping or aftertaste, which is often a dealbreaker with fish oil products.I was also drawn to this product because of its sustainable sourcing. The omega-3s are derived from wild-caught Alaskan Pollock, and the company's commitment to environmental responsibility is evident in their packaging, which utilizes recycled materials and offers refillable options.Though the product is marketed for prenatal use, I found it to be an excellent source of EPA for anyone looking to supplement their diet with essential fatty acids. The high concentration of both DHA and EPA supports not just reproductive health but also cardiovascular and cognitive functions, which are my main reasons for taking omega-3s.While the price is on the higher side, the quality of the ingredients and the company's environmental ethics make it a worthwhile investment for me. I appreciate that I'm supporting a company that prioritizes both health and sustainability.I would recommend True Grace Prenatal DHA softgels to anyone looking for a potent and responsibly sourced omega-3 supplement. Whether or not you're interested in the prenatal aspect, these softgels offer excellent health benefits and are a responsible choice for the environmentally conscious consumer.

Large but easy to take. Great ingredients regardless of your pregnancy status!

This is a great product for providing omega-3s, whether or not you’re pregnant. The pills are rather large, but very smooth and easy to take. They have a mildly sweet taste and no odor at all. I would definitely order these again. 5 stars.

Prenatal DHA, Fish Oil From Wild Alaska Pollock

This is a nice product to supplement fish omega-3 oil for prenatal mother. DHA and EPA will help the development of baby’s body. This is a high dose version that each serving of 2 softgels contains 1.5 g of omega-3 oil. Since the oil came from wild-caught pollock fish, it is better to take these softgels before dinner to avoid the fishy smell when you burp.

No fishy after taste!

This DHA is a great addition to your prenatal/postnatal supplement routine. The pills are easy to swallow and they seem as though they are high quality because there is no fishy aftertaste or burps after taking them. Adding DHA to your prenatal or nursing supplements is very important for your baby's brain development but choosing one that is high quality is just as important! These will not dissapoint you, highly recommend if you are pregnant or nursing!

No complaints, easy to swallow

I am still learning about omega-3 supplements. I have taken quite a few brands and I have never had an issue with any. I’ve been taking these for a week now with no known issues. I know some people burp up a nasty fish taste but I’ve never. 60 come bottle and it’s 2 soft gels with food daily. They have not been FDA approved.I will say, I love the fact that you can get refill pouches to put in your bottle. It’s helping save our planet. What I dislike about this, is there is a label on my bottle to where I can’t read anything it says under it. It’s annoying.
