The bottle is super pretty. Not that it matters, but it makes me want to take them. I have a sensitive stomach and get migraines with some supplements. Iron in particular is very difficult for me to take (constipation, stomachaches). I have had no issues with the iron in this pill and no migraines. I have done gummies and all kinds of different brands-everything tastes nasty to me…and these don’t taste great either. But I can tolerate them, so I will purchase when this bottle is done. Disclaimer I’ve taken this for 2 weeks now- will update if something changes.

I've been taking these vitamins for a month now. I don't notice any dramatic difference in my energy or health so I'm assuming they are doing the job fine.
