The bottle is super pretty. Not that it matters, but it makes me want to take them. I have a sensitive stomach and get migraines with some supplements. Iron in particular is very difficult for me to take (constipation, stomachaches). I have had no issues with the iron in this pill and no migraines. I have done gummies and all kinds of different brands-everything tastes nasty to me…and these don’t taste great either. But I can tolerate them, so I will purchase when this bottle is done. Disclaimer I’ve taken this for 2 weeks now- will update if something changes.

Good balance of vitamins and herbs

I've been taking these vitamins for a month now. I don't notice any dramatic difference in my energy or health so I'm assuming they are doing the job fine. I don't love that one serving is two large pills but I'll chalk that up to how many good for you ingredients are in it. It has all the vitamins and minerals you need as well as whole food blends.
