Cute cup, wil keep but...

This cup is very cute and doesn't leak at all from the lid with or without the straw! It also fits in the cup holder better not perfect than my look a like Stanley and larger water bottles or cups. It's also half the price of what Starbucks has now and looks semi-close to theirs.However... I filled mine with ice and add water, continue to add water through out the day and the ice is melted in 5 hours. After that the water doesn't stay cold like metal insulated cups. And the texture on the outside is a little pokey. If he have a sensory issue I wouldn't suggest this style. It doesn't bother me much but you can see I have a cup cozy I crocheted on it too help. Otherwise I love it. My purpose is in the car since cup holders in my Chevy Equinox always seem smaller.

Got this cup for iced coffee. Love the texture - doesn’t get slippery to hold, and it holds a lot of liquid. Doesn’t keep it cold, straw is nice and tight - no leaking. The green color is really nice.

Love the look and hand feel

I have bought 6 of these because I've lost them on vacation a couple times. Best colors are black and white imo. The white stays white! I run them in the dishwasher and they have no issue. If you drink anything other than water in them, it can mold if you leave it out overnight before cleaning. It can be difficult to remove the little rubber pieces for a deep clean. Stick to water or clean it out right after use.These are not as insulated as other cups by Simple Modern, so I use more ice. I love the look much more though.
