Turmeric Tea for the health

When you buy Tumeric Tea, I assume that you're buying it for the health benefit. I have some old man diverticulitis, so I am regularily on the lookout to add anything to my irregular diet that could spell me some relief, quell some irregular discomfort that I have, etc. So, I am 100% buying this for the health benefit, and all taste, etc, is a side benefit. Anti-inflamatory / reduced-inflamation is my goalI like this blend, the ingredients stand out, and you can taste what Turmeric tastes like. The added ingredients add some nice flavor, but you're not sidestepping the tumeric, and for me, that's why I'm drinking it. The blends tastes fresh, and ingredients are strong/pungent, which makes me feel that this is the real deal.Ive had for a few drinks, started with the half cup water, half cup milk, but found that too creamy for me. I went with ~ 3/4 - 7/8 water with a little milk in my trial/error, and added a little squeeze of honey, and I think I found my mix! next round, I poured over ice, and liked it, even slushed the used ice with some new coffee to get the remaining residue.I feel like I'll be buying more bags of this, for hot or iced

Tumeric latte...

Turmeric has many benefits, and this latte blend has a lot of it. For me personally, the turmeric taste is very overwhelming. I had to experiment a bit with how much I use, and what I mix it with. My favorite concoction is 8 ounces of boiling hot water, 6 ounces of very warm plant milk, 2 tablespoons of the latte mix, a teaspoon of honey, and an extra shake of cinnamon powder.
