This liquid form of B12 Methylcobalamin vitamin supplement is so easy to take. I just put 0.5ml drop into my juice every morning. Sometimes when I'm in a rush I just take it directly and it has a slight raspberry flavor that tastes pretty good. B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin is the only form of B12 vitamin that I take because it is the only form that helps in cell development and repair. There are 60ml which comes out to 120 doses. Definitely recommend.

You know this is serious stuff when you get the bottle with the dropper outside the bottle.First to explain, I can’t give information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins take a while to take effect. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.Smells great and yummy. And you get FOUR months’ worth of the supplement, so that right there is worth it. Drop a ½ ml and you’re good to go. Being that I take B12 on a regular basis, I only feel extraordinary effects when I stop taking them for a long time and then start taking them again.It’s vegan, too, if that matters to you.Would highly recommend.

The bottle lasts for months so I don't need to buy new ones very often. Overall the B12 drops are a nice addition for someone like me who doesn't eat much meat or dairy. I plan to keep taking them long-term as part of my plant-based lifestyle. I dont think they are anything amazing, just a decent way to get this vitamin.

Great shelf life

I ordered this b-12 vitamin as a supplement in April 2024 it arrived with an expiration date of Feb. 2026 so I'm happy that I can have it for a while and use when I feel I need it.The vitamin arrived in a box and the bottled is well sealed; it comes with a dropper on the side to use if desired. Having a dropper comes in handy; especially if you prefer to not pour from the bottle with cap on it.The taste is not bad and can be used directly in mouth or added to your favorite drink.I'm not wanting to take any one vitamin on a daily basis since I may not always need it, so my vitamin usage is truly to supplement my diet on a as needed basis. With that said, I'm happy to have this B-12 vitamin in my arsenal of vitamin supplements and I'm glad that the shelf life will allow me to use when I feel I need it.I'm happy with this order.
