Works really well for me. Used it on the inside of my thigh and it got all the hair off. It’s super sticky and works great. I pulled against the hair growth. If you look at the actual wax strip there is one end that has more area that is not wax so that you have more room to hold on. I don’t understand why the sides of the strip are different, though.The post-wax serum wipes were a joke. So thin, felt like a dried out baby wipe. It ripped when I was trying to use it. Luckily I had some bio oil and used that after the wax.

I'll give these five stars because they definitely worked.I will say though that if you're inexperienced with waxing (like me), and if you have ever had any issue with your skin being sensitive (also like me)... BE CAREFUL!I did a "test run" on my arm first and it went fine. Bit of swelling/redness, but nothing extraordinary.Then I randomly decided to do my face. It's like I got these and suddenly noticed every little hair anywhere on my body.Anyways, did the same thing. Had a little swelling at first. Used the aftercare oil wipe. Went about my day.Nothing prepared me for all of the tiny red bumps that appeared 3 minutes later. Used a cold cloth to lay gently on the area thinking that would somehow help... Figured it would go away. It didn't.It progressively got worse over the next few hours. Naturally I googled what was going on and saw horror stories, which prompted me to go to the walk in. Thankfully it didn't seem weird to anyone that I was wearing a face mask there!Anyways, I wound up having an allergic reaction to something in them or the oil wipe, and my lower face was covered in hives. It finally went away completely (3 weeks later), thankfully with no visible scarring. Some were worse than others. Oddly enough, today is the day I got an email to review these.So they absolutely work. I really can't say anything terrible about the actual product.Simply be cautious.

The product arrived as it was pictured and I loved using these strips! This is the second time i’ve waxed my own legs at home and I love this product. There was another brand of wax strips I used, but I can’t seem to find it in store anymore (guessing it was discontinued). I’m so happy I have these Billie strips! I also enjoyed using the wipes to help remove any left over wax residue. I’m not a professional waxer, so I did miss a few spots which is MY own fault, but I will definitely re order this again and continue to use these! By far the best strips I have used.
