This weighted neck wrap heating pad feels nice and cozy. The fabric is very soft, and it’s easy to use. It’s nice that it can Velcro around the neck, but I think it also works well draped over my shoulder. My one complaint is that I wish the straps were a bit longer. If it was a little bit bigger, it would be great.

I like this weighted neck wrap because it's hands free heating. I tend to carry my tension in my neck and shoulders so this is helpful to wrap around and get some relief. I wish the straps were slightly longer though because my shoulders are a little broad and I feel like it doesn't lay as flat across the back of my neck as it should. If the straps on each side came down in front a little more then I could adjust it better. But it's not a huge deal. The fabric is very soft and comfortable though.I heat it up 30 seconds at a time, turning and adjusting the wrap after each time, for a total of 2 minutes. The heat lasts for about 15 to 20 minutes max before it's completely cool again. There is a lavender like scent and it's not super strong, but it definitely doesn't smell as good as other lavender heat packs I have. Another great use for the wrap though is for menstrual cramps! It's easy to just drape across the pelvis for some relief because its the perfect size. I think I've used it for that more than actually on my neck. But either way I think it works pretty well overall.

Super soft and easy to pop in the microwave to heat up to your liking. Cozy and easy to wear--although it may not fit larger necks.
