Taste is good. But my cramps with baby 3 were pretty dang bad lol. Im just not sure if it worked at all.
Not sure if this worked. I took after my second child for postpartum cramping and the cramps were still horrible. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen as well and nothing touched the cramps. I feel like immediately after taking this the cramps would ease up a little bit but not enough, those cramps are no joke.
The lid arrived cracked and there is no way to use or close it now without it spilling everywhere
